Very interesting and lots of new insight of how to carry out a proper appraisal interview.
Great training, unfortunately too short in time.
I now look forward to conducting my team’s appraisals as I have a better knowledge of what they expect from me and what I should do to get the best out of my people in a most professional and motivating way for the benefit of all.
This session surprised me. I thought appraisals were a straightforward thing to do. Today I realized how incorrect I was and how much I needed this session. Presenter was excellent also. Thank you.
