I think this way of training people helps you feel more at ease and confident to participate. All parts were interesting and never boring cause everyone kept on mentioning new ideas and opinions. I had two fantastic days which have broadened my knowledge on the subject – great trainer.

The training was an excellent experience. Being a trainer myself, I surly learnt how to organize training better. Training with a positive twist that will definitely be of high benefit to us as individuals but especially to the company. Not to be missed.
This is one of the best courses I have ever attended. Being an instructor myself, I thank Susanne not only for the skills she gave me regarding appraisals, but also by observing her way of lecturing I have learned a few more things of how I can become a better instructor myself. Keep it up!
