Although the course is about Appraisal Skills it is definitely useful for everyday life on the job and off the job. A seminar not to miss! A lifetime experience – worth every penny. An investment in life.
The course is very interesting and motivating. It shed light on areas that have been dark for a while and has helped me gain more confidence for forthcoming appraisals. I found this seminar to be an eye-opener and full of fun and a motivator. Having never appraised employees before I am now looking forward to conducting appraisals full of confidence.
I enjoyed this 2day seminar because it is different than the other ones I have attended. For the first time in a while I feel that this course could have gone on for a couple more days! It made me re-think about Appraisal skills and I would do it all over again if I had the time. Susanne rocks and is a great motivator.
